Returns

Due to sanitary and other reasons, all sales, including, without limitation, fragrance, mica powder, and all other Buy Aroma Bead Products, are final and may not be returned, exchanged or refunded unless a particular order has missing items or contains incorrect products, in which event, returns, exchanges and refunds will be accepted for the missing or incorrect products only.  All orders that have missing items or that contain incorrect products must be reported to Buy Aroma Beads within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours from delivery, all orders are presumed to be accurate, and no returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted after that time.

To process a claim regarding missing or incorrect products, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at buyaromabeads@gmail.com with the following information: Order Number, Name on your order & which item(s) are incorrect/missing. Incorrectly shipped items will be returned, exchanged or refunded only if returned to us unopened and in its original packaging at the following address: P.O. Box 347, Forney, TX 75126.  Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price to the card/payment method you used when you checked out.

Permissible returns, exchanges and refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges.  Shipping charges for all permissible returns, exchanges and refunds must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Do we have a storefront?

Not at this time. We are online only. We do offer local pick up. 

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed? 

Please email us within 1 hour of placing your order. You can go ahead and place the 2nd order, and in the notes section add your previous order # in there and request them to ship together and we can refund shipping difference.

Can I do local pickup?

Yes, please use code LOCALPICKUP. If you use this code and you are not local pick up and you want your order shipped, your order will be cancelled. NO QUESTIONS.

How long will my order take?

We typically ship same day or next business day.

FAQ: Shipping / Damaged Goods / Lost Package

Buy Aroma Beads ("we" and "us") is the operator of

Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure
both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect
and set expectations on our service.

We do not have a store front; we are an internet-based business ONLY.  

Our warehouse is not open to the public. 

Please note: We try to respond to all emails within 48 -72 hours.  We aren't always available to answer emails/messages because we are busy packing your orders for shipping.

PICK UP: Place your order on line, ONLY. In the notes section, add the day and time you wish to pick up your order. Pick-ups can be made Monday through Friday 10 am to 5 pm. We need a 24 hour notice.

General-
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Returns
Buy Aroma Beads does not accept returns due to the nature of our product and quality control. All sales are final.

Everybody has a different sense of smell.  We encourage you to test, not only smell, our two ounce oil before buying a larger size. This way you can confirm if the scent meets your needs.

Delivery Terms
Transit Time Domestically, In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 business days

Change Of Delivery Address
Orders placed before 10 AM - CST  will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day.


Hours                                                                                                                Our warehouse operates Monday- Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

P.O. Box Shipping
Buy Aroma Beads will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and see if you would like us to refund the item or we will ship the item as soon as it arrives.  We will dispatch the rest of the order.

Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, Please call your local postal office or ups office to check the status. Shipping is out of our hands as soon as it leaves our facility. When we ship products, we pack each box tightly and securely with fragile stickers. All items leave our warehouse in excellent condition and responsibility for the package ends when it leaves our hands.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

CHECK YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIVING

Please report any missing, damaged merchandise or order mistakes within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours from delivery, we will conclude that your order was completed accurately, and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after that time.  We will require proof of error. We will not be able to make any adjustments after this time.  Our orders are triple checked before they are packaged for shipment. Please completely unpack everything and thoroughly search inside the box before contacting us about a missing/damaged item.  If you receive a leaking bottle please contact us right away. If you receive a package and your beads were busted and leaked out, please contact us right away. We will need photos. Once we receive the requested information we will review and contact you, you may be eligible for a refund at our discretion. If your items are completely damaged and you need a replacement, please file a claim immediately here: https://claims.route.com/

You can order on line - 24 hours a day - 7 days a week. 

All orders received after the close of shipping on Monday thru Friday will ship the following Monday or the first business day following a holiday.

We are closed Saturday-Sunday

Any discounts that may be offered, cannot be applied to orders after your order is placed. Please do not email requesting that your order to be the exception.  

Adding the Coupon Code in the special instruction section in the shopping cart will not work and you will not receive the discount. If the Coupon Code (if applicable) is not used during the checkout process, no discount will be given. 

We are unable to modify orders to give credits for coupons if you miss a sale with coupon codes. 

We do not accept returns on any products.  Please see ALL SALES ARE FINAL section listed above.

Our warehouse is located in Forney, Texas. If you need your shipment by a certain date, please allow enough time for your order to reach you.
